Responsibilities
- As a Software Development Manager for Financial Platforms, you are the technical and people leader of a cross-functional engineering team (Developers, Architects, Ops, QA, Data Engineers)
- You are responsible for your team’s performance, development and well-being
- You lead the delivery of internally developed solutions as well as the technical integration of market solutions, consistently ensuring technical excellence (quality, security, performance) and alignment with Product strategy
- Set clear objectives, conduct performance evaluations and support career development plans
- Be responsible for the architecture and technical design of new solutions, in compliance with company standards
- Ensure delivery quality: oversee development, testing and release of features
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
- At least 1 year of successful experience in direct management of a technical team
- Proven experience in a dual “make” environment, with expertise both in building products end-to-end and in integrating complex SaaS/PaaS solutions
- Strong expertise in software architecture (microservices, APIs, design patterns) and integration architecture
- Proficiency in DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, IaC) and cloud platforms (GCP)
- Deep understanding of system security, performance and reliability concerns
- Service-oriented leadership, capable of uniting and developing a team
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact with diverse stakeholders (Product, Business, Vendors, Support)
