About the role

• Tech Lead overseeing enterprise cloud migration and architecture in hybrid setup. Managing multi-disciplinary squads and ensuring security and data strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration strategy and architecture (rehost/replatform/refactor) by component.
• Design the target architecture (C4/L0–L3), security, networking and observability patterns.
• Orchestrate CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub/Jenkins).
• Define and implement the data strategy (migration, reconciliation, quality, retention / LGPD).
• Map and standardize integrations (APIs, events, messaging: Kafka / Event Hubs / IoT Hub).
• Implement end-to-end observability (logs, metrics, traces, SLI/SLO).
• Run migration pilots/waves, manage risks and rollback plans, coordinating multidisciplinary squads.
• Liaise with vendors (e.g., Sensormatic / Johnson Controls) and internal stakeholders, reporting roadmaps, risks and decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migrations (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• Distributed architecture: high availability, caching, queuing/messaging, APIs and integration patterns.
• Cloud networking and security (VNet/VPC, peering, VPN/ExpressRoute/Direct Connect, WAF, IAM, Key Vault / Secrets Manager).
• Databases (SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL).
• Production CI/CD experience; observability practices (capacity and performance monitoring).
• Operating systems (Linux / Windows).
• Experience with Dinamismo store integrations.
