Responsibilities
Support campaign setup and execution, ensuring consistency in workflows, data, and reporting
Build and test campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, and forms in accordance with brand and compliance standards
Manage campaign lists, data uploads, and performance tracking
Support quality assurance and testing to ensure seamless delivery across all programs
Maintain standardized campaign processes and documentation to drive operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for automation or optimization across recurring workflows
Collaborate with Demand Generation and Digital Experience teams to align execution with broader marketing initiatives
Assist in maintaining the accuracy and hygiene of marketing data used for segmentation and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing, revenue, or growth operations, campaign management, or digital marketing
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms [Marketo, HubSpot, etc.] and CRM platforms [Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.]
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
