Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated media strategies (incl. print, TV/CTV/ATV, digital, OOH, social media)
Lead and manage external media and digital agencies, including contract negotiations
Plan and monitor all communications activities: analytical, performance-oriented, and target-group focused
Continuously develop and optimize brand websites (SEO, UX, content), including reporting & analytics
Take responsibility for and creatively execute the social media presence (incl. Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, SEA, etc.) and continuously optimize conversions
Work closely with brand management, data protection, sales & business development
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role—ideally in the healthcare sector or FMCG
Deep understanding of media planning, digital communications and content marketing
Experience managing complex campaigns and leading agencies
Strong analytical skills, a hands-on mentality and strategic thinking
Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
Willingness to travel (conferences, meetings, etc.) and enjoyment of teamwork in a respectful work environment
