About the role
- Support Finance & Admin team at fast-growing organic supermarket startup. Engage in core processes and projects collaborating closely with CEO and Chief of Staff.
Responsibilities
- Vorbereitung und Steuerung des Monatsabschlusses für die externe Buchhaltung sowie Weiterentwicklung des monatlichen Managementreportings
- Analyse zentraler KPIs durch Ad-hoc-Auswertungen (z. B. Warenkorb, Logistikkosten, Marketingeffizienz) und Ableitung erster Handlungsempfehlungen
- Eigenständige Verantwortung für Teilprojekte in Bereichen wie AI-Strategy, Employer Branding oder der Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmenswerte,
- Optimierung und Automatisierung zentraler Finance-, Admin- und Buchhaltungsprozesse zur Stärkung von Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung wesentlicher organisatorischer Abläufe im Start-up-Alltag – von Dokumenten- und Vertragsmanagement bis hin zur Onboarding- und Team-Organisation.
- Unterstützung zentraler HR-Prozesse sowie aktive Mitgestaltung unserer Teamkultur, inkl. Planung von Teamevents und Offsites
- Flexible Unterstützung in verschiedenen Funktionsbereichen mit der Möglichkeit, ein breites unternehmensweites Verständnis aufzubauen und Erfahrungen zu sammeln
Requirements
- Du bist an einer Universität eingeschrieben, idealerweise im Bachelor oder Master mit Schwerpunkt BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, VWL, o.ä.; oder befindest dich in einem Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master.
- Affinität für (Finanz-) Zahlen

- Verfügbar für min. 12 Stunden pro Woche
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch (C1).
- Du wohnst in Berlin oder im Umland und bist gerne vor Ort in unserem Büro in Mitte.
- Erfahrung mit Excel, Bonus: SQL-Kenntnisse und / oder Umgang mit Datev
- Erste Berufserfahrung aus Praktika o.Ä., idealerweise in Start-ups / Scale-ups
