Responsibilities
- As a Senior Marketing Engineer, you will play a key role in scaling our acquisition efforts by improving the website and the acquisition funnel.
- You will be the primary contributor responsible for launching new growth experiments with high potential impact.
- Manage and extend the WordPress-based marketing website.
- Mentor our Junior Frontend Engineer.
- Maintain a scalable, high-performance website.
- Build impactful experiments for the user onboarding flow from the website into the web app.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks.
- Optimize the tracking infrastructure and conversion event management.
- Implement and maintain integrations with tools such as GA4, Firebase, Adjust, and Meta Ads SDK.
Requirements
- Full-Stack Development: 3+ years of professional experience.
- WordPress expertise: Senior-level experience with WordPress development (WPML, PHP, ACF, custom themes), Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript.
- Front-end & Back-end: Comfortable working with React, Node.js, MongoDB and TypeScript.
- Language skills: Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience integrating analytics and marketing platforms.
- Web performance & SEO: Understanding of page speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
- Additional tech: Experience with React Native is a plus.
