- Build and maintain linguist pools to ensure sufficient resources are always available to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate directly with linguists to provide guidance, updates, and support for successful project delivery.
- Monitor task progress, providing regular updates and feedback to the Project Manager.
- Set priorities and make informed decisions to balance quality, speed, and cost control.
- Partner with the Production Manager to align resourcing strategies with project goals and client expectations.
- Track and analyze community satisfaction to continuously improve engagement and performance.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in project coordination, resourcing or vendor management within the localization industry.
- Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on bringing structure to dynamic workflows.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
- Can adapt quickly when priorities shift, staying calm under pressure.
- Enjoy building relationships and fostering collaboration within global teams.
- Bring hands-on experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Speak multiple languages or have experience working across different cultures and time zones.
- Have previous experience working with linguists, editors, or translation platforms.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of improving team processes or community engagement.
