Requirements

- Strong backend skills, e.g., with Java & Spring Boot, REST APIs.
- Solid experience with modern frontend technologies, e.g., JavaScript / TypeScript, React (preferably with Material UI or comparable component libraries), module & micro‑frontend concepts (e.g., Module Federation).
- Confident use of AI‑assisted development tools, e.g., GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding or testing assistants.
- Enthusiasm for integrating AI into the development process in a pragmatic and meaningful way — and for bringing others along.
- Quality awareness, self‑initiative, and a passion for modern software development.
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills.
