About the role
- Senior Accountant managing financial processes for Airline Assistance Switzerland. Involving in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Abschlusssicherheit: Eigenständige Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach [HGB / IFRS].
- Steuerfokus: Vorbereitung von Steuererklärungen und kompetenter Ansprechpartner für das Finanzamt sowie Wirtschaftsprüfer.
- Prozessoptimierung: Du hinterfragst bestehende Buchhaltungsprozesse und digitalisierst unsere Workflows (z. B. Einführung neuer ERP-Module).
- Mentoring: Fachliche Unterstützung und Anleitung jüngerer Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Team.
Requirements
- Fundament: Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter oder ein entsprechendes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen.
- Erfahrung: Mehrjährige ( 5+ Jahre ) Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld oder einer Wirtschaftsprüfungskanzlei.
- Expertise: Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung und im aktuellen Steuerrecht.
- IT-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen (insb. DATEV oder Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central ) sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse.
