About the role
- Full Stack Developer contributing to the A2MAC1 platform's development within an Agile Scrum team. Handling front-end and back-end development with collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Engineering and integrated into the Engineering team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the A2MAC1 platform.
- You will join one of our Agile Scrum teams, where you will actively participate in the design, development and delivery of new features to evolve and improve the platform, its products and services.
- As a Mid‑Level Full‑Stack Software Engineer, you will be expected to:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features, supported by more senior engineers
- Develop and maintain front‑end applications and back‑end services within an existing architecture
- Break down Agile user stories into clear, actionable development tasks and estimate the required effort
- Produce clean, maintainable and tested code, following software engineering best practices
- Actively participate in code reviews as both contributor and reviewer to ensure quality and knowledge sharing
- Document implemented technical solutions and contribute to the team’s technical knowledge base
- Ensure compliance with functional and non‑functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, resilience, etc.)
- Work closely with Product, QA and Engineering teams to ensure smooth sprint execution
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full‑Stack Developer with a professional background in web development (3–5 years)
- Bachelor's degree (BSc, Bachelor or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
- Hands‑on experience in both front‑end and back‑end development (APIs, microservices, databases)
- Strong understanding of software development fundamentals: clean code, unit testing, version control
- Experience with some or all of the following technologies (depending on your background): C#, .NET, SQL, NoSQL, Angular, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure (virtualization, containerization, web servers, authentication, managed services, etc.)
- Experience working in an Agile environment, using modern development and CI/CD tools (ideally Azure DevOps)
- Good to very good level of spoken and written English
