Responsibilities
Driving end-to-end recruitment: You actively engage with top talent across multiple channels, manage the full candidate lifecycle from application to offer, and ensure a smooth, high-quality hiring experience.
Enhancing employer branding: You support employer branding initiatives and help position us as an employer of choice.
Supporting and shaping HR administration: You help optimize internal team and company-wide HR processes, contribute your ideas, and take on administrative tasks, such as onboarding or offboarding.
Promoting our company culture: You embody our culture, represent it externally, and help organize regular team events that strengthen cohesion and team spirit.
Managing our office: You ensure our culture is reflected in the office and that the team feels comfortable. With your ideas, you help make the office a central hub for collaboration.
Requirements
Completed or ongoing Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources / Organizational Studies
Availability for a 6-month internship
Excellent German and English skills (at least B2+)
Previous internship or working student experience in HR or Recruiting (ideally in consulting, start-up, tech, or automotive industry) is a plus
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Hands-On and Can-Do mindset
Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail
A true team player with curiosity and eagerness to learn
