Responsibilities
- Independent analysis and optimization of operational processes, including KPI systems, dashboards, and performance reviews
- Lead and implement new processes, tools, and ways of working: you take responsibility for planning, testing, rollout, and follow-up
- End-to-end ownership of operational initiatives: you drive projects from concept to execution and actively measure success
- Process development in day-to-day operations: hands-on testing, incorporating practical feedback, and iteratively improving processes
- Coordination and alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and interface management
Requirements
- 5–9 years of experience in an operational environment, ideally in management consulting, a startup, or a scale-up
- Completed bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
- Hands-on mindset paired with an interest in optimizing complex operational processes
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-person teams, with clear targets and measurable outcomes
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, especially in preparing reports, presentations, and data analyses
- Flexibility to travel to support and improve operational processes at different locations in person
