Responsibilities

Strategic Prioritization: Serve as the point of escalation for the marketing operations backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
Performance Measurement: Deliver regular reporting and insights on operational metrics, and team productivity.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of experimentation and growth mindset.
Communication and Alignment: Translate complex technical or process concepts into clear business value for stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing automation roles.
3+ years of experience leading and developing a team of direct reports.
