About the role

Responsibilities
- You feel comfortable in front of the camera and create creative content for our socials that conveys our values of luxury, sustainability and zeitgeist
- Talking-head videos and voiceovers in English are no problem for you
- You showcase products, people and stories in a way that produces images and videos that are simply shareable
- You take charge of concept, shooting and editing of short reels and behind-the-scenes clips in the atelier: production processes, craft details and materials, as well as mood videos for new products, campaigns and events
- You have a feel for current trends and know how to create compelling videos using hooks and storylines
- You love fashion and have a look that reflects your lifestyle — effortlessly elegant, inspiring and authentic
Requirements
- You are studying film, media design, communication design or a related field, or you have gained initial experience in content creation/social media outside your studies
- You have already been in front of the camera, whether as a creator, model, for a brand, or as an influencer on your own account
- You have a strong sense of aesthetics, rhythm and storytelling
- You are proficient with common tools such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut
- You are familiar with CapCut and photo-editing software
- You can work independently and in a structured way — and you’re excited to showcase craftsmanship
- You are available on-site at our atelier in Mannheim at least 1–2 days per week
- You have excellent spoken and written German and English skills
