Responsibilities

Partner with various teams to enhance and optimize brand presence across categories.
Requirements
5+ years of professional design experience in an advertising or creative agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in online marketing, retail merchandising, visual branding, and user-centered design.
Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch/Adobe XD.
Familiarity with content management systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to create pixel-perfect designs.
Ability to synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders in an iterative design environment.
Passion for innovative, customer-focused design solutions.
Experience working within and contributing to design systems.
Understanding of information architecture, usability, accessibility, UI, and UX design.
Ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues independently.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently defend design decisions to leadership.
