Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise-wide migration from SAP ECC and SAP SD to SAP S/4HANA.
Serve as the central point for the multi-year transformation program.
Drive comprehensive business process reengineering across the commercial stack.
Orchestrate and influence across a matrixed organization of business leaders and external partners.
Define strategic technical architecture and integration patterns for commercial technology ecosystem.
Guide Epic/Sprint teams through the SDLC process.
Requirements
15+ years of technology leadership experience.
Proven SAP transformation leadership with track record of leading multi-entity, multi-country SAP migrations.
Deep experience in ERP migrations, commercial simplification, Order to Cash modernization and S4/HANA technologies.
Engineering leadership background with expertise in ERP ecosystem architecture, cloud platforms, integration patterns.
Proven track record of building consensus and driving results in matrix organizations.
Exceptional ability to distil complex technical concepts for C-suite audiences.
History of independently driving large-scale transformation programs.
Consulting or corporate transformation background from top-tier firms or in-house transformation leadership.
