Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide migration from SAP ECC and SAP SD to SAP S/4HANA.
- Serve as the central point for the multi-year transformation program.
- Drive comprehensive business process reengineering across the commercial stack.
- Orchestrate and influence across a matrixed organization of business leaders and external partners.
- Define strategic technical architecture and integration patterns for commercial technology ecosystem.

Requirements
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience.
- Proven SAP transformation leadership with track record of leading multi-entity, multi-country SAP migrations.
- Deep experience in ERP migrations, commercial simplification, Order to Cash modernization and S4/HANA technologies.
- Engineering leadership background with expertise in ERP ecosystem architecture, cloud platforms, integration patterns.
- Proven track record of building consensus and driving results in matrix organizations.
- Exceptional ability to distil complex technical concepts for C-suite audiences.
- History of independently driving large-scale transformation programs.
- Consulting or corporate transformation background from top-tier firms or in-house transformation leadership.
