About the role
- UX/UI Designer responsible for enhancing user experience at fairforce, a legal tech pioneer in Leipzig. Collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team to deliver innovative web design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Help us develop the fairforce UX/UI identity — aiming to become the Apple of the legal-tech industry
- Design clear, well-structured UI layouts for web applications (B2B, SaaS)
- Analyze and translate real user needs into intuitive interfaces
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system
- Optimize user flows, navigation logic and overall usability
- Work closely with product management and development teams (internal + external)
Requirements
- Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design or Visual Design — or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience in the digital domain
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products and/or relevant portfolio references
- Strong sense for structure, logic and user guidance
- Empathy for users — especially in complex application contexts
- Ability to create interactive experiences using prototyping tools
- Basic understanding of modern frontend technologies and frameworks
- Experience conducting discovery work and user interviews to validate requirements
- Self-directed working style and enjoyment of teamwork
- Fluent German (spoken and understood)
- A healthy impatience, drive and strong execution skills
