Responsibilities
Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and children
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in weekly individual and group supervision
Manage time effectively and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards
Collaborate with colleagues and external providers to ensure coordinated care
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited program
Eligible for registration as an RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling
Availability for at least two in-office afternoons or evenings per week (typically 3–8 PM), with additional flexibility for telehealth sessions
Commitment to maintaining a consistent caseload and actively progressing toward licensure
