About the role

Responsibilities
- Apply technical expertise and soft skills to technology projects
- Contribute to the design of technical architecture
- Develop in an Agile environment
- Share development best practices with the Maplr community
- Be proactive and propose improvements within the Maplr community
- Train new Maplrs and participate in their technical assessments
- Participate in exclusive Maplr community events
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Java developer
- Experience as a Tech Lead
- Ability to proactively manage software performance
- Experience with microservices architectures
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, etc.
- Ideally, experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
- Understanding of the importance of high-quality code and adherence to Software Craftsmanship principles (Clean Code, TDD, etc.)
- Technological curiosity and a passion for innovation
- Transparency, supportiveness, and a positive attitude within the team
