Requirements
- Several years of experience in software development — ideally as a fullstack developer
- C++, C#, and Python are part of your daily toolkit
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of complex systems and modern software architectures
- Experience in team leadership or willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD-based testing
- Interest in AI-assisted tools in software development (code generation, test automation, requirements analysis)
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
