Deploy and maintain standardized configurations for endpoints computers and infrastructure

Ensure security hardening of the infrastructure and monitor it constantly
Ensure that the network is secure, reliable, and efficient, and that the users have access to the resources they need
Ensure the availability and performance of cloud-based solutions: virtual network, subnet, and security group setup, paired with troubleshooting connectivity challenges
Document network procedures and infrastructure topology
Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues
Respond to and resolve IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner
Utilize the Manage Engine suite of tools to monitor, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure
Adhere to ITIL best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management
Document and maintain accurate records of IT support activities and resolutions
Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics
Maintain and troubleshoot storage networks and solutions
Install new hardware and software
Communicate events effectively with the global Infrastructure & Security team.
Requirements
5+ years in Systems & network administration
1+ years in network security management
Microsoft Azure Certification or relevant field experience is a plus
In depth understanding of all aspects of Infrastructure support and operations
Good understanding of network and information security best practice
User support experience
Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering is required, or Infrastructure management related training
Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is a must.
