About the role

Responsibilities
- perform other O&M responsibilities, including updating firmware/software, data entry, support to blitzes in the field
- perform cryptographic key management of encryption keys
- provide shiftwork to support 24/7 operations at the CORE facilities
- assist with CORE User Management, CORE applications support, and CORE server maintenance
- report system outages, troubleshoot and resolve outages, coordinate maintenance
Requirements
