About the role
- Expert consultation on Siemens NX software in marine engineering and shipbuilding context. Providing support and owning end user issues while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation on the usage and optimization of Siemens NX software in marine engineering and shipbuilding context
- Provide "at elbow" support and knowledge transfer to users
- Take ownership of end user issues and queries that are raised
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams to understand current and planned functional increments
- Contribute to Project & Programme reports and communications as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Siemens NX CAD and Teamcenter PLM
- Ideally, some experience in Capital and /or Visualisation
- Analytical mindset to triage issues and understand root causes
- Empathetic and patient to support end users effectively
- Desirable Skills: Work experience in Engineering/ Manufacturing domain, ideally in the Aerospace & Defence sector.
