Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between the client and the company's internal teams, always seeking the best solution;
• Clearly understand client requests and ensure projects are executed effectively, monitoring deliveries;
• Maintain continuous contact with clients to answer questions and provide guidance on using the services;
• Analyze court publications, electronic notifications and case progress with a focus on deadlines;
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve processes and system workflows;
• Support the technical team in identifying and resolving system and service failures.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Experience in client support (preferably in the legal field);
• Experience analyzing publications and electronic notifications, with emphasis on procedural deadlines;
• Knowledge of official judicial publication sources;
• Familiarity with court systems and, preferably, legal management systems.
