About the role

Responsibilities
- Work on active matters in the Credit Recovery area, handling court proceedings and arbitration procedures;
- Draft all pleadings and case documents for the portfolio;
- Negotiate and execute settlements;
- Complete entries in the firm’s and client’s case management systems;
- Monitor procedural progress and case status;
- Perform other routine portfolio-related activities.
Requirements
- Active OAB registration (São Paulo);
- Completed law degree; postgraduate studies in the practice area preferred;
- Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
- Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
- Strong legal writing and reasoning skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
