About the role
- Senior UX/UI Product Designer responsible for enhancing the user experience of a SaaS platform. Involves user testing, wireframe development, and collaboration with design and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance the user experience of our platform
- Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to optimize user journeys and interfaces
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs with a responsive, mobile-first approach
- Ensure the consistency and maintenance of the design system
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure optimal implementation of designs
- Mentor internal designers by providing guidance and feedback on their work
- Keep up to date with UX/UI trends and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Portfolio demonstrating a user-centered approach, particularly on complex B2B platforms
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, animation, and the use of variables and design tokens
- Experience with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Good understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, React) to work effectively with developers
- Experience with Agile methodology and collaborating with multidisciplinary, international teams
- English proficiency expected at CEFR level C1/C2
