Responsibilities
Support the development of strategy and decision-making for the Product and Design teams.
Identify problems and opportunities in product user experience through quantitative and qualitative research.
Serve as a core support role that will impact the outcomes of features, products, and business strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong knowledge and mastery of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
Experience with field research techniques and methodologies.
Previous experience in building digital products.
Experience facilitating co-creation sessions with cross-functional teams.
Extensive knowledge of ResearchOps.
