Responsibilities
Architect, build, and deliver Enterprise-grade features across the entire stack from elegant, performant frontends to scalable, reliable backend systems and cloud infrastructure.
Take ownership of complex, mission-critical projects, delivering impactful features within your first month and guiding them from ideation to production.
Push the boundaries of AI capabilities, designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our Enterprise customers.
Play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering culture, processes, and how we work as we scale.
Mentor and coach engineers of all levels, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment and helping others grow their technical and professional skills.
Set and uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and scalability, and ensure these standards are adopted across the team.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to align technical direction with business goals and drive the company’s success.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth tech environments and building products that service large Enterprise customers.
Strong expertise in our tech stack or a proven ability to quickly master new technologies.
Thrive in dynamic, high-performance start up settings and comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking initiative.
Demonstrated customer-centric thinking, ability to take full ownership of projects, solve complex problems, and consistently deliver high-quality, impactful results.
