About the role
- Senior Manager in Security and Application Management at Lloyds Banking Group, leading a high-performing team to enhance security controls and protect data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Application and Access Management Team, supporting application owners to meet policy responsibilities across IP&I.
- Evaluate, implement and operate security controls in assigned policy areas, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver short, medium and long-term remediation plans aligned with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on security control design and implementation to influence business decisions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and Group functions, contributing to meetings and strategic discussions.
- Produce insightful reports and MI to support decision-making at Business Unit and Group level.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security/cyber, and risk & control assessment (ideally within UK Financial Services)
- Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management processes and tools (e.g. ServiceNow, SailPoint)
- Strong leadership skills with experience of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence to influence at Director and Managing Director level.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights through reports and recommendations.
