Responsibilities
Perform consultative sales of specialty chemicals to industrial clients.
Conduct active prospecting and lead qualification, with planned external visits.
Monitor tests and technical projects with clients, recommending solutions aligned with industrial needs.
Prepare detailed commercial proposals and lead negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
Track orders, ensuring excellence in after-sales service.
Use CRM for planning, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
Participate in trade shows and events to strengthen relationships and promote the brand.
Develop strategic solutions to expand market share in the state of São Paulo.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or related fields.
Minimum experience in B2B sales.
Valid driver’s license and availability to travel within São Paulo state.
Degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.
Postgraduate degree in Sales Management or related areas preferred.
Experience in the chemical industry.
Knowledge of chemical formulations, industrial processes or polymeric materials.
Advanced English.
