About the role
- Senior Red Team Consultant at Resillion simulating advanced cyber attacks and enhancing security resilience for clients. Collaborating with security experts to develop effective mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Uitvoeren van red team-assessments om vulnerabilities te identificeren.
- Simuleren van complexe aanvalsscenario’s, waaronder APT’s (Advanced Persistent Threats).
- Samenwerken met blue teams om mitigaties te evalueren en optimaliseren.
- Opstellen van gedetailleerde rapportages en aanbevelingen op basis van testresultaten.
- Geven van productdemonstraties en toelichtingen over security-oplossingen.
- Up-to-date blijven met de nieuwste dreigingen, tools en technieken binnen cybersecurity.
- Werken volgens de TIBER-EU standaarden en richtlijnen.
- Flexibel ondersteunen bij pentestprojecten en demonstraties waar nodig.
Requirements
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in red team testing, waarvan minstens 3 jaar met TIBER-EU trajecten in de financiële sector.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een Red Teamer-rol of vergelijkbare cybersecurityfunctie.
- Grondige kennis van TIBER-EU standaarden en toepassing in red team-operaties.
- Diepgaand begrip van cyber threat intelligence en aanvalstechnieken.
- Vertrouwd met gangbare pentesttools en methodologieën.
- Analytisch sterk, met oog voor detail en een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
- Teamspeler met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Certificeringen zoals OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, CSASM of CCTIM zijn een pluspunt.
- Ideaal mocht je de Nederlandse taal goed onder de knie hebben (B2 niveau).
