About the role
- Senior Project Manager overseeing and coordinating all engineering aspects of insect factory projects. Planning, scheduling, and quality control to ensure project success in a sustainable industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversees and coordinates all technical and engineering aspects of our factory projects
- Plans, schedules, forecasts, and manages all technical tasks
- Monitors compliance with applicable practices, performance standards, and specifications
- Performs overall quality control of the work related to the assigned project(s)
- Reviews engineering deliverables and initiates appropriate corrective actions
- Interacts daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements
- Participates in assembly supervision and plant commissioning
- Creates safety measures and risk analyses
- Executes and coordinates multidisciplinary feasibility studies
- Manages coordination and negotiations with suppliers and customers
Requirements
- Completed diploma or master’s degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, or a related field
- Solid experience in the development, planning, and commissioning of industrial plants in a project management role
- Advanced project management and supervisory skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and German (mandatory)
