- Deep technical understanding of engineering contexts (nice-to-have)
- Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM or, ideally, S/4HANA (nice-to-have)
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and contract drafting (nice-to-have)
- Experience in project management (nice-to-have)
