About the role

Senior Product Designer for creating digital experiences in medical education. Collaborating in a hybrid team across Brazil to enhance learning platforms and user experience.

Responsibilities

Design experiences for digital products with a focus on web and mobile;
Plan and conduct research, interviews, validations, and usability tests with users, analyzing and correlating data to generate improvement insights;
Plan and run workshops and co-creation sessions, using facilitation tools and fostering a collaborative environment;
Develop navigation flows, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces to guide product development, following design and accessibility principles;
Ensure all interfaces are inclusive and meet the needs of diverse user profiles;
Actively contribute to the development of the design area, supporting leadership and sharing continuous learnings with design and product teams.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (completed);
Experience as a Product Designer, applying discovery and delivery practices;
Strong knowledge of information architecture, visual design, UX writing, and qualitative and quantitative research;
Experience with agile methodologies, working in squads and using management tools such as Jira;
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma for creating prototypes, wireframes, and interfaces;
Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions clearly and assertively.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with digital educational products (EdTech), online learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or technology solutions focused on education;
• Knowledge of Design Systems, with hands-on experience in creation, implementation, and maintenance;
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to design;
• Experience with gamification aimed at creating engaging experiences;
• Portfolio that demonstrates your process and case studies that showcase your ability to solve complex design problems.
