About the role
- Pricing Analyst driving strategic sales planning and performance analysis at Ipiranga. Collaborating across multiple teams to enhance decision-making and alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Act strategically in developing sales planning, improving decision-making accuracy and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives;
- Develop sales forecasts at multiple granularities (monthly, weekly and daily), using demand projections, sales history, market trends, competitiveness and commercial inputs;
- Monitor daily sales performance by segment, product and region, identifying deviations and opportunities;
- Conduct analyses to identify behavior patterns and variances between planned and actual results, proposing corrective actions and strategic adjustments;
- Lead periodic reviews of the sales plan, incorporating new information and changing scenarios to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals;
- Track KPIs such as volume, price, Market Share and WMAPE;
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations with strategic insights for leadership and regional teams, focusing on performance, projections and decision-making;
- Build scenarios and simulations to support strategic decisions, anticipate risks and uncover opportunities;
- Interface with teams such as Commercial, Data Science, Trading Intelligence, Pricing, Supply and Operations to promote alignment and integration of planning strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or a related field;
- Previous experience in demand planning, pricing, market intelligence, commercial performance or related areas;
- Knowledge of statistics and data modeling;
- Proficiency with BI tools and advanced Excel;
- Results-oriented mindset with strong critical analysis and strategic thinking;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
