Responsibilities
Act as the custodian of the Allwyn Delivery Framework and all associated processes.
Ensure the Allwyn Delivery Framework is ISO 9001 compliant.
Accountable for ensuring all other teams are knowledgeable on Allwyn Delivery Framework aspects.
Monitor and measure project and programme performance through data and analysis.
Identify trends and patterns to create insight driven performance improvement.
Act as the PMO tool/system expertise.
Manage project risks and issues according to policy and process.
Custodian of all PMO related reporting.
Facilitate Change Delivery Board Steerco.
Lead a team of PMO Analysts, fostering performance driven environment.
Requirements
Microsoft Project; Power BI, resource profiles, and link plans for complex, multi-resourced projects.
Microsoft Office; Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Knowledge of process improvement and appraisal activities.
Stakeholder management both upwards and below.
Managing and developing teams.
