Responsibilities
- Help clients maximize their opportunities
- Support the Partner Services team with payroll processing, onboarding, offboarding, data management and other responsibilities
- Provide excellent work output and service to the Aprio team (including partners)
Requirements
- Work Setup: Hybrid – Initial 3 months onsite, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week. Work location is either at our Clark or Makati site.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, payroll, HR, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting and/or payroll experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Critical thinking skills to analyze data, find patterns and draw conclusions
- Self-motivated and curious in nature
- Maintain confidentiality of all data and information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Results oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset
- Collaborative and works closely as a team player
- Strong financial management background and success working with a highly competent and innovative executive team.
