Requirements
At least 8 years of total experience
2-4 years specifically in change management or related roles within large, complex organizations
Deep knowledge of OCM/OD principles
Professional certification in change management (e.g., APMG, Prosci) is highly recommended
Familiarity with project/program management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
