Responsibilities
Interpret, analyze and provide strategies related to the plan results for a customer
Create reports or presentations as necessary
Conduct weekly and monthly analytic reviews with a cross functional team
Collaborate throughout the year to deliver a richer set of recommendations for improved plan performance
Requirements
Minimum of 7-10 years of healthcare industry experience interpreting/analyzing all aspects of a customer’s experience
Strong knowledge of claim coding (CPT/DRG, etc.)
Familiarity with provider networks, benefit designs, healthcare products/funding, medical management programs
Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex business results
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience using analytic/reporting applications with knowledge of SQL/SAS programming a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
