- Senior Clinical Study Lead overseeing execution of complex clinical trials in cell therapy at Regeneron. Responsible for study conduct compliance and managing cross-functional study teams.
Responsibilities
- operate with high-degree of independence and be accountable for the global execution of assigned clinical trials
- leads the cross-functional study team responsible for clinical study delivery
- provides operational input into protocol development
- identifies outsourcing needs of the study and leads engagement with required vendors
- oversees the execution of the clinical study against planned timelines, deliverables, and budget
- monitors data quality including regular review of data metrics and listings
- manages and oversees study close-out activities
Requirements
- minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 8 years relevant clinical trial experience
- exceptional interpersonal & leadership skills
- advanced communication skills via verbal, written and presentation abilities
- strong budget management experience
- advanced technical proficiency in trial management systems and MS applications including Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, IVRS/IWRS, EDC
- extensive experience in global clinical trial operations
