Responsibilities
Design, create, and iterate on competitive game maps, defining their topology and primary and secondary objectives.
Script interactive elements related to the gameplay experience.

Share ideas and recommendations across projects.
Validate the playability of environments with Testers, Level Artists, Gameplay Programmers, and others.
Ensure the quality and technical feasibility of your levels and their constituent elements.
Help push the limits of our internal tools necessary to create high-quality games.
Create and maintain level-related design documentation.
Provide mentorship to less-experienced team members.
Requirements
At least 7–8 years of Level Design experience on multiple AA/AAA projects, including at least one shipped title;
Strong logical reasoning, high design rigor, and good situational adaptability;
Energetic, responsive, motivated and engaged — passionate about video games with a solid knowledge of gaming culture;
A strong interest in competitive games;
Experience with visual scripting (e.g., Unreal Blueprint);
Proficiency with game editors such as Unreal Engine and Unity;
Experience with 3D modeling software (3ds Max, Maya, Blender) is a plus.
