Responsibilities
Act as a recruiting partner for hiring managers and stakeholders
Deeply understand the business logic and hiring needs, and develop recruiting strategies (to identify, attract, and retain key employees)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (Software Engineers — C#, Python, Rust, ML, QA — as well as Product Managers, Product Designers, Global Services, etc.)
Collect, analyze, and improve recruiting metrics and statistics
Monitor the recruiting budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
Negotiate and prepare job offers for final candidates
Act as an employer brand ambassador by promoting a positive candidate experience
Lead or participate in other HR projects (Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Referral Program, etc.)
Requirements
3–5 years of proven, high-volume recruiting experience in the IT sector (preferably in-house)
