Responsibilities
Migrate legacy systems to .NET C# SaaS with a microservices architecture by applying agile methodologies and software engineering best practices to modernize platforms and increase operational efficiency.
Develop scalable solutions in Docker/Cloud using Clean Code and distributed architecture principles to ensure maintainability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and release management through continuous integration and automation tools to ensure agile, consistent, and high-quality deliveries.
Create customizable modules and support Artificial Intelligence and automation initiatives by integrating APIs and innovative frameworks to expand scalability and support the company’s technological evolution.
Ensure security, stability, and performance of solutions in collaboration with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to maintain system reliability and mitigate operational risks.
Define technical standards and development best practices by preparing guidelines and validating innovations via POCs to promote technological governance and continuous improvement.
Act as a trainer and/or reference for other team members through training and mentoring to ensure everyone can make the best use of applications and work tools to achieve results.
Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as needed, including training, professional development, and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field;
Solid experience in backend development (C#, .NET Core, Node.js, or similar);
Knowledge of microservices architecture and Clean Architecture;
Proficiency with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus);
Experience with DevOps: CI/CD, Gitflow, automation, and pipelines;
Familiarity with Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP);
