Responsibilities
Strategic and operational management of influencer marketing campaigns
Direct client support and consulting: primary point of contact for our clients
Leadership and development of a team of Influencer Marketing Managers
Selection, negotiation and management of influencer partnerships
Ensuring efficient processes and further development of internal workflows
Close collaboration with Performance Marketing and Creative teams
Responsible for quality assurance and measurement of campaign success.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or partnership management
Fluent in German and English
Experience in direct client management as well as in developing and running campaigns
Analytical and strategic mindset with a hands-on mentality
Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with clients, influencers, and internal stakeholders
Solid knowledge of campaign analysis and optimization, KPI tracking, and reporting
Interest in digital trends and developments
