Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, investor reports, and portfolio performance metrics.
• Track and report on the financial health of portfolio companies, including KPIs and benchmarking.
• Support the preparation of internal and external reports for investors and management.
• Conduct financial forecasting, scenario planning, and valuation analysis to support decision-making.
• Work closely with the investment team on due diligence and deal evaluation.
• Assist in fund accounting activities, including capital calls, distributions, and reconciliations.
• Support investor relations by preparing quarterly presentations and maintaining accurate financial data and contributing to investor updates.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and adherence to requirements.
• Help maintain sound financial policies and internal controls.
• Liaise between the Fund and the Administrator/Bookkeeper.
• Support audit and tax processes by preparing documentation and coordinating with external auditors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and fund balances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, ideally in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, commercial banking, or audit/advisory.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, modeling, and valuation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to grow within a high-performance environment.
