- **About the Role**We’re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. In this role, you’ll design and maintain BI solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll report to the Manager of Business Intelligence and work closely with stakeholders across marketing, operations, and technology. This is a hybrid position based out of our downtown Phoenix, AZ office.
- **Essential Responsibilities****Technical Ownership**
- Design, build, and deploy scalable BI solutions aligned with business needs.
- Maintain and enhance existing BI systems and data analytics platforms, primarily PowerBI.
- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and automation processes.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to improve operational efficiency.
- **Reporting & Analysis**
- Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to deliver actionable insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests across multiple business areas.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Partner with BI developers and data engineers to integrate systems and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and ensure data solutions meet strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support BI processes.
- **Strategic Impact**
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Influence business strategy through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BI team development.
Requirements
- **Required**
- 5+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
- Proficiency with Power BI and other data visualization tools.
- Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Snowflake and Fabric
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Understanding of data lake architecture and design principles.
- Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD methodologies.
