About the role
- SAP Test & Release Manager leading testing and release processes for SAP S/4HANA. Ensuring compliance and coordinating with stakeholders across business functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end test and release processes for SAP S/4HANA environment
- Define and implement SAP testing strategies, plans, and standards
- Coordinate all phases of testing: unit, integration, UAT, regression
- Own and maintain the SAP release calendar in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and change management policies
- Act as the main liaison between technical teams, business users, and external vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proven experience in test and release management – ideally with SAP S/4HANA
- Familiarity with regulated industries and GxP/CSV requirements is a plus
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and agile methodologies
- Experience with test automation tools and release platforms is a plus
- Proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
