About the role
- Lead technical and functional architecture of SuccessFactors modules in a leading company. Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure value delivery across implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical and functional architecture of various SuccessFactors modules, supporting multiple implementation projects across geographies.
- Coordinate technical and cross-functional teams to perform solution maintenance and resolve issues/bugs.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams, empowering them with SuccessFactors technologies and methodology.
- Align priorities and ensure value delivery according to strategic objectives.
- Serve as a link between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and technology solutions, facilitating integration of HR processes with technology.
- Contribute to the consolidation and functional expansion of the solution, leveraging existing implementations to drive continuous improvement and adaptation to business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in technical implementation projects in **SuccessFactors**, focusing on **Employee Central** and **Employee Central Payroll** modules.
- Experience with other modules such as **Recruiting** and **Compensation** is a plus.
- Experience in leading technical or functional project teams.
- Ability to manage product roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proactive, critical thinker, with a focus on continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
- Experience in driving organizational change related to digital transformation.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
