About the role
- SAP Solution Owner managing Customer Ticketing solutions in Sales and Service Cloud. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving IT project management for service processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the SAP-based 'Customer Ticketing' solution in the Sales and Service Cloud (C4C)
- Support for the integration, further development and maintenance of related service processes to handle operational customer service
- Coordination of requirements management and design of IT solutions
- Customizing and 3rd-level support for the SAP solutions you are responsible for
- Close collaboration with national and international business units, process owners and other stakeholders
- IT project leadership and participation in the context of SAP service solutions
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience implementing and supporting SAP Sales & Service Cloud
- Knowledge of SAP CPI, SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA or SAP FSM is advantageous
- Analytical and communication skills as well as a structured way of working
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
