About the role
- SAP Business Consultant shaping innovative digital solutions beyond classic SAP logic at GPI Consulting GmbH. Collaborating closely with clients to optimize business processes and enhance digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Du wirst aktiv in spannende Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekte eingebunden
- Prozessanalyse und -optimierung: Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse und erkennst Potenziale zur digitalen Verbesserung außerhalb des SAP-Standards
- Use Case-Entwicklung: Du identifizierst, konzipierst und begleitest Use Cases rund um SAP, z.B. im Vertrieb, Außendienst oder Reporting
- Teamarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams aus UX, Dev, Business und anderen Fachbereichen zusammen und sprichst die Sprache von SAP
- Beratung: Du bist Sparringspartner für unsere Kunden bei SAP-nahen Projekten ohne selbst SAP zu entwickeln
Requirements
- Studienbezogenen Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld (z. B. mit SD, MM, FI, HR, S/4HANA – als Key User, PM oder Berater)
- Du verstehst die SAP-Prozesslandschaft und kannst Anforderungen präzise aufgreifen und in Lösungen umsetzen
- Du hast ein Gespür für sinnvolle Digitalisierung außerhalb des SAP-Kerns, insbesondere im Hinblick auf prozessorientierte, benutzerfreundliche Lösungen
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, kommunikationsstark und mit Fokus auf den Nutzen für den Kunden
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams (z. B. UX, Dev, Business) und kannst verschiedene Perspektiven erfolgreich integrieren
- Du bist vertraut mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden und bringst ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Proaktivität mit
- Du bist lösungsorientiert und findest innovative Wege, SAP-Prozesse zu erweitern und zu optimieren
